30ml R2G Sorrel
10ml R2G Fierce
Large slice of cantaloupe melon
150ml soda water
Squeeze of lime
Spoon 20ml of Sorrel to sit on top

Muddle large slice of cantaloupe melon in glass. Add R2G Fiery mix with ice and generous squeeze of lime. Finish with 20ml of R2G Sorrel and gently stir or leave to sit on top
