Agua de Jamaica, Flor de Jamaica, Zobo, Sobolo or as we say in Jamaica Sorrel.
This special edition Root2Ginger Sorrel has been made using organic hibiscus flowers and pimento with our usual ginger kick provided by premium organic ginger. The rich tartness of Sorrel dances with the fiery kick of ginger. These flavours have been traditionally enjoyed throughout the Caribbean and Africa for many years.
Enjoy with crushed ice and water.
Traditionally this drink is also mixed with a little white rum and red wine!
Try a spoonful in hot water and make a delicious tea.
